Eagle Wings Academy is a not-for-profit Christian school operating with a homeschool mindset. We assess students for their academic performance level and focus our instruction on closing any academic gaps while helping them reach their potential in each subject. We have multi-graded classes in which individualized instruction is given.

We are accepting applications from born-again Christians who regularly attend an evangelical church for elementary instruction positions opening in the fall. As a not-for-profit school, Eagle Wings Academy operates with monies donated by supporters of the school.

As a Christian school, our teachers are expected to integrate the Bible and the walk of faith into their lessons. Teachers sit with students at a weekly chapel service. Service projects and field trips include locations of an evangelical nature. Daily staff meetings include a devotional and prayer.

Eagle Wings Academy is intentionally a small school. Classes are typically comprised of seven students or less. The school recruits volunteers so that some additional help may be available in targeting instruction to particular needs.

Eagle Wings Academy generally follows the academic schedule of the Syracuse City School District. The school is a member of the Street School Network.
